Don't get me wrong, I know of a few men that are quite open-minded with their food. It makes my job as the family cook a lot simpler. In fact, I'm the one making it more complicated by not eating meat!

I hope you enjoy this dish as much as we did! :o)

Luckily we're all open-minded so trying new things isn't hard for us. I know a lot of "meat and potatoes" eating guys that would never try tofu because of the stigma that it carries being a vegetarian or sissy food. I guess we're all just awesome people!

Kristi,

Thanks for the recipe. We'll have to give it a try! I do however take issue with the fact that you are linking meat-eating to manhood. Humans throughout history have thrived as omnivores whether or not a p*n*s was attached to them. I do agree with you about the additives in our farm stock and feel that they should not be "beefed-up" with growth hormones. One great way to avoid this is to go out and harvest your own meat. This is one of the reasons that I am pro-hunting. I'm glad that Jay is keeping an open mind and trying new things. Cheers!

Dayton eats tofu and loves it! Our favorite dish when we go for Thai is green curry with tofu. I won't directly discuss where he parks his manhood, but we ARE expecting our 2nd child. =)
